- ││ Basic idea is to help each other to become better crackers by ││
- ││ explaining each other how some program was cracked, How did you ││
- ││ got that serial? How did you find out the protection? How did you ││
- ││ know what to look for? What tools did you used? What tutorials ││
- ││ helped you to crack this one? ││

- ││ So I'm not looking for people who just show how some programs was ││
- ││ cracked. You don't learn so much about it and many questions ││
- ││ are left unanswered. ││
- ││ ││
- ││ Unfortunately I have realised that sometimes I'm one of those ││
- ││ people. Like this game I cracked. I just bpx hmemcpy, couple ││
- ││ F12s to get me back to (where?) and then few F8s to see the serial. ││
- ││ ││
- ││ But that's just because I wanted to crack the program fast. ││
- ││ I wasn't looking for any why/how explations. That's not the way ││
- ││ it should be!!!! You *must* understand how you cracked it!!! ││
- ││ If you are just cracking without knowing what you are doing then ││
- ││ how do you except you ever gonna crack anything than lame ││
- ││ protections? ││
- ││ ││
- ││ You also might want help to crack some programs? I know I could ││
- ││ use some help time to time. I don't mean complete instructions, ││
- ││ I mean some advices and tips what to look for and where to look it. ││
- ││ ││
- ││ Most important thing is that you can explain HOW DID YOU KNOW HOW ││
- ││ TO CRACK IT! How did you know to change that JNE to JMP? Why did ││
- ││ you NOP that one? Could you crack this program in some other way ││
- ││ like changing this to that? ││
- ││ ││
- ││ You don't have to worry, if you are busy. I'm very busy and I don't ││
- ││ have so much time to crack as I wanted. Nor you don't have to worry ││
- ││ if you don't have the tools for the trade - you can get them from ││
- ││ various WWW-sites. DON'T MAIL ME ASKING FOR TOOLS!!! If you don't ││
- ││ know how to get them then you don't know enough to be a cracker! ││
- ││ ││
- ││ So what do you *have to* know before contacting me? ││

- ││ 1. How to use computer ││
- ││ - At least Windows (95 is preferd since I don't have 3.11 ││
- ││ installed) + DOS, if cracking DOS programs - I haven't cracked ││
- ││ any DOS programs. ││
- ││ ││
- ││ You don't have to know every detail about windows, however ││
- ││ you have to know: ││
- ││ - what is regedit and how to use it. ││
- ││ - how to make multiboot in config.sys ││
- ││ ││
- ││ Don't contact me if don't know how to use computer!!! I won't ││
- ││ reply to you if you are TOTAL LAMER! ││
- ││ ││
- ││ 2. Tools ││
- ││ - Don't contact me asking tools like Soft-ICE, W32Dasm, Hiew ││
- ││ etc. You can find those tool from web! ││
- ││ - If you don't know how to search web then you are have no ││
- ││ chance to be a cracker. ││
- ││ - You don't have to know how to use those tool - I don't know ││
- ││ how to use them :), but I'm learning step by step just like ││
- ││ all crackers have done. ││
- ││ ││
- ││ 3. How to "use" Internet (WWW, FTP, NEWS, E-MAIL etc.) ││
- ││ - I don' reply to those who don't know how to download program ││
- ││ from FTP-site or how to post to newsgroups etc!! ││
- ││ ││
- ││ 4. Language ││
- ││ - So how do we communicate? Well, what do you think? You don't ││
- ││ have to be able to write excellent english - as you have ││
- ││ noticed - just so much that you can communicate. Buy a good ││
- ││ dictionary if you get confused with words :) ││
- ││ ││
- ││ That's all you have to know, if you already know how to use ││
- ││ Soft-ICE and you know Assembly then thats great (I'm not very ││
- ││ good with those - yet). ││

- ││ Second: I crack only for my friends and for myself. I only take ││
- ││ reguests if the target is interesting and if I find it ││
- ││ useful for me too. Sometimes I may crack programs on ││
- ││ reguest, but that doesn't happen often. ││
- ││ Third: I have other things to do than crack! Don't except me to ││
- ││ crack programs immediately! ││
